Set on the water in Point Cook, this project transforms an existing pool and outdoor area into a seamless, customer-ready extension of the home. The brief was clear: improve usability, elevate the look and feel, and ensure everything is fully pool-safe and compliant, without interrupting the views.
A new frameless glass pool fence and gate while the existing pool house was intelligently incorporated as part of the pool barrier. This allowed the space to remain open and light, with clean sightlines across the yard and out to the lake.
The layout is anchored by a full outdoor entertaining zone, designed to function like a second kitchen. The kitchen is complete with space for a beverage centre, fridge, sink, dishwasher, cooker and integrated storage. Service areas and plant equipment were carefully planned so the space stays practical, tidy, and easy to live with year-round.
The result is a calm, structured outdoor environment built for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday family life, a modern lakeside setting that feels considered from every angle.
